EPM 600 is an electropneumatic orbital riveting machine designed to permanently join components without welding or heat input. It uses a controlled orbital motion to cold-form a rivet or an integral stud on the component. With a riveting capacity of 2–6 mm and an adjustable cycle time of 0.5–6 seconds, it provides fast, quiet and repeatable assembly. It is suitable for hinges and pivot assemblies, brake lining assemblies, metal brackets, locking mechanisms, door and window hardware, automotive components and general industrial assembly applications.
